Cancellation due to lack of warranty:

  • After submitting a reservation guarantee request via WhatsApp or email, and 24 hours have passed without your reservation being guaranteed, the reservation will be cancelled.
 

If your booking is direct from www.casanahia.es:

  • No charges will be made before 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Full payment must be made within 14 days before the arrival date.
  • If the booking is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, 30% of the amount paid will be refunded.

 

If your booking is made through an OTA, such as booking.com, or another:

  • No charges will be made before 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival is non-refundable. The client will pay the full amount of the booking.
