The construction is bioclimatic, with an abundance of structural wood, walls with unique and sustainable materials, with a lot of glass to the south-east. The building is imposing, welcoming, warm, very comfortable and beautiful.
Casa Nahia is a personal dream that will come true in 2020. A project open to people with diverse travel motives. A bioclimatic house, newly built of 250m, very cosy and sustainable with efficient solar panels. With breathtaking views from the terrace, and comfort to enjoy in every corner.
I grew up in this town. My surnames speak of my family origins in Navarre. The area where I live is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. I love the nature that surrounds us and I hope you enjoy it from Casa Nahia.
The village of Lorca - Navarra - , is located in the Yerri valley. It belongs to the region of Estella. It is a beautiful area with access to many places of interest.
Lorca is part of the Camino de Santiago. People from all over the world walk along the Calle Mayor, stopping in the square, next to the fountain. From the terrace we can see the whole village, watch the red kites glide overhead, and greet the pilgrims who walk right past the house. It’s a wonderful opportunity for those who enjoy meeting new people and practising languages, but also for anyone seeking that much‑needed sense of calm and comfort.
In our village there are two hostels and a restaurant with a bar. A very complete rural food shop, where they make chorizo, black pudding... homemade!!! with special village attention.
Lorca is the starting point for several hiking and cycling routes, ideal for families and also for more demanding routes. The "cañada real de Tauste" crosses our territory from south to north, from the almost desert-like plains of the Bardenas Reales to the wooded mountain range of Andía.
Our village is typical of the middle zone, with stone houses and a natural spring that never runs out. A church and a social club.
