Casa Nahia is a place designed and built for sustainable tourism. This feeling is embodied in this 2020 construction, which uses extensive wood and sustainable, durable insulating materials. The large, south-east-facing windows provide a very pleasant stay for travelers.
We've put so much passion and effort into creating this place, which is technologically advanced, rustic, modern, and charming. It's our dream home and our workplace.
The sustainable details were created by the architects Toni and Eva, with whom we collaborate closely as family, and from our own ideas. We are Anabel and Raúl.
We are committed to a better world.
Raúl is naturally ingenious, and his vision is technical and perfectionist. He has extensive electrical knowledge and is multidisciplinary. This, combined with my sensitivity due to being born into a family business in Lorca, has facilitated this delightful result.
- We generate all our energy using solar panels, batteries, and aerothermal energy. We use this energy for cooking, generous heating and air conditioning, continuous air renewal with a heat recovery system, and electric mobility, providing great comfort for our guests.
- We consume preferably Km 0, local and quality products.
- We have 3 charging points for electric cars.
- We cook delicious homemade food. They're family recipes.
- We also make homemade cake, yogurt and kefir.
- Our organic garden next to the house provides us with the seasonal lettuce and tomatoes that we use in our Casa Nahia salad.
- We reuse the glass containers and their lids used for breakfast.
- The entire house is designed to be energy efficient, but without sacrificing any comfort.
Our water is micro-filtered and at no additional cost.
